Handmade Ceramics: Please keep in mind that since all of my items are handmade there may be variations from what is shown in the picture. Small subtle abnormalities, glaze/colour variations, or imperfections may be noticed. This is part of the handmade process, it is what makes handmade items unique and one of a kind.

Care:  All of my functional ceramics are made with food safe glazes. They are oven, and dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended to prolong the life of the piece. Use caution when heating in microwave as this particular clay heats up quickly, heat in 30 second increments. The gold work contains real gold lustre and should not be used in the microwave, dishwasher or scrubbed with an abrasive material or cleaner.

Cleaning: For best result on coffee and other stains use a magic eraser or baking soda and water.

Shipping:  Orders will be shipped within 5 business days after receiving payment for all ready made items.  Shipping within Canada and the U.S. will be sent via Canada Post unless otherwise stated and depending on size.

Local Pick-up: If you live in or near the Brantford, Ontario area and would like to pick up your order please select the “Local Pick-up” option at check out. I will then contact you with details to arrange pick up.

Shipping to U.S.A: Please contact me for an accurate shipping quote.

International Shipping:  There may be extra costs depending on the country you live in.  Custom fees and taxes at the border are the responsibility of the buyer. Contact me and I will provide you with a quote.

Refunds/Damages:  All items are final sale once they have been shipped, but if you are unhappy with your purchase I will do my best to accommodate you.  If an item arrives damaged please send me a photo of how you received it with the packaging within 48 hours and I will refund you or make you a new item.
